Helium’s recruitment/job placement process is fairly unique and involves a number of stages before the candidate CV is submitted to the client for review. Not all of these processes are applied for each role but are selected based on an individual role requirement. These processes include:
- Interview with experienced consultants
- Completion of a registration process used by us to seek further behavioural based information
- Responding to technical screening questions (written format)
- Reference Checking
- Telephone interview particularly for those candidates off-shore
Once a CV is submitted we make every endeavour to track progress quickly and keep you the candidate up to date on progress and ultimate outcome.
