With over 20 years' experience in Recruitment and Consulting within the ICT industry, Lyndon has serviced a range of vendor, corporate and government accounts, and worked for multinational and local companies in NZ and the UK.

 
Lyndon has operated at Director and governance level and consulted on business process and marketing strategies. He has also assisted with goal setting and team motivation, and held short motivational sessions for corporate clients.

Mike has over 25 years' experience within the IT industry, primarily in application development. Since the early 1990's he has specialised in providing recruitment services across all sectors of IT and Electronics. Mike has strong relationships with many clients throughout NZ and overseas.

Sue has been in the recruitment industry for 18 years, both in New Zealand and overseas. Since 2000 Sue has been an IT Recruitment Consultant in the Wellington market, successfully recruiting a wide range of permanent and contract professionals for many of the city's largest and most complex sites, many in the public sector.

 

Peter Godfrey

 

 
Consultant

Peter has 35 years of business and information technology experience and has worked for vendors and blue chip organisations in Wellington for over 20 years. He prides himself on building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client requirements, and then delivering to these requirements. Peter began an IT career as a Computer Operator, moved into IT Infrastructure Support, and has operated successfully at different management levels over the last 18 years. This broad experience provides Peter with a real ability to understand his clients' recruitment needs.

Pieter Erasmus

 

Consultant
Pieter holds a Bachelor degree in Information Systems, several Microsoft qualifications (A+, MCSA, MCSE) and a National Diploma in Computing. Combined with 5 years in recruitment (medical, engineering) and 20 years in people management he certainly adds value to the IT recruitment field. He understands that his customers are looking for skilful and trustworthy staff and that these employees need a secure and rewarding environment to work in. Achieving both these goals are challenging and once achieved is motivation enough to do it again and again.

 

Edna Bell

Edna has a Commerce degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. Although new to the recruitment industry, Edna has developed good experience working with customers and clients alike through her work gained in the call centre industry. Edna maintains a strong interest in progressing a career in Human Resource Management, and sees working in the recruitment industry as an ideal way to achieving this aim. She looks forward to working with clients and candidates alike to also assist them in achieving their results and goals.

Anne Ryder

Ann is a Registered Psychologist with 20 years experience in management and HR consulting, covering a broad range of assignments in both the public and private sectors. One of her strengths is her ability to translate the strategic arms of an organisation into tangible and achievable outcomes for management and staff. The range of services that she offers encompasses: change management, succession planning and talent management, leadership and team development, career management and competency development, as well as psychometric testing and recruitment related services.

Karen Waitt

 

Senior HR Consultant
Karen combines a wealth of expertise in action-based training with ten years as a frontline manager. Her specialist areas include leadership development, coaching and teamwork. She has worked with managers and teams at all levels within both private and public sector organisations.
Karen is an accredited practioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Team Management Systems suite of team diagnostic tools, including the TMI. She is also a qualified Dale Carnegie instructor and a certified user of the Lominger Leadership Architect and Team Architect tools.
Comments are often made about Karen's dynamic facilitation and training style.
Karen's passion is helping others to understand their strengths and assisting them in achieving their potential.
She is an experienced coach and is frequently called upon by clients to coach managers and team members facing change and new challenges in their roles.

Mahua holds a Masters Degree in Economics and a Diploma in International Trade. She has 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing and 3 years as an educator. Though she has just started her career in the Recruitment Industry, she openly admits that the best part of her job is interacting with current and prospective clients.

Her desire to see the results of her efforts motivates her to go that extra mile. She believes in excellence, by aiming high and by persevering in the face of difficulties.

Jenny has over 12 years' experience working in customer service roles and has a reputation for providing excellent service to clients. Her role at Helium is to keep in regular contact with candidates, which helps to ensure we match the available candidates to the right roles.

Helen has over six years experience in IT Recruitment, gained in Auckland and Wellington in Resourcing and Account Management positions. Prior to this Helen had a Media/PR and Executive Secretary background. Helen is bringing her strong understanding of what it takes to look after candidates and clients, matching their requirements and building and maintaining these needs into the future.

Jennifer is a recent graduate with a commerce degree majoring in Human resources and Commercial Law. She sees working in the recruitment industry as a great opportunity to progress her career in Human resources. Prior to her entry into the recruitment industry she has had Government experience and is familiar working with a wide range of people. She enjoys contacting, communicating and assisting candidates with their job search.
