With over 20 years' experience in Recruitment and Consulting within the ICT industry, Lyndon has serviced a range of vendor, corporate and government accounts, and worked for multinational and local companies in NZ and the UK.

 
Lyndon has operated at Director and governance level and consulted on business process and marketing strategies. He has also assisted with goal setting and team motivation, and held short motivational sessions for corporate clients.
 

 

Jim Hogg

 
Senior Consultant
Jim has over 40 years in the ICT industry holding senior management roles with multinational companies in the UK and New Zealand. Jim and his family moved to New Zealand for that lifestyle change over 30 years ago where he worked with Government and the private IT sector before moving to recruitment over 8 years ago. He is very experienced in sourcing quality candidates and uses his extended network of contacts as well as canvassing overseas to fill the difficult role.  

Jim is a very focused professional recruiter with a strong work ethic, high integrity and enjoys working with the client at a strategic level and brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to the team. He has a friendly approach to interviewing and extracts the best from the candidates by putting them at ease to allow him to short list and deliver successful results.

Brett Jennings
 
Senior Consultant
Brett has experience and skills based firmly on his knowledge of the IT industry for the past 13 years.  Prior to being with Helium Brett has worked in a diverse range of roles in Wellington.  During this time he has gained an abundance of knowledge in IT infrastructure and Business Development, managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts. He has also worked extensively with channel partners Unisys and IBM, as well as several high profile government agencies.

His major focus has always been on the expansion of business through the education of customers and how best to leverage their investment

Diana Mwere


Resourcer
Diana brings to Helium, a background in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.

Diana has a unique way of dealing with candidates, and relates to candidates on a case by case basis.  She takes the time to listen and understand what the candidate is looking for, and has a problem solving approach to helping clients and candidates meet their needs.  Diana works closely with the consultants on opportunities on behalf of the client to find the best person for the role.
