We are a professional 'non transactional' consultancy. We believe in treating each candidate as an individual and helping with specific career ideas as appropriate. We therefore have a large client base for which we recruit skills for on an ongoing basis.

The opportunity : 
 
You will be leading a high performance team, in one of Wellington's new rising stars in the software development environment. 
The team and company culture is second to none, and you will be asked to play a leading role consulting to clients, and developing and mentoring a high performing team of young superstars in the making. 
 
The Requirements : 
 
You will be require to be a technical expert in .Net and Sharepoint. 
You will require excellent interpersonal and communications skills at client and team level. 
You will need the ability to architect solutions, become involved with hands on development. 
You will want to work in a collaborative environment where people are treated with respect and rewarded for their performance.
