You will probably have an Hons degree or better and a minimum of 3-10 yrs J2EE experience.

Due to an increase in demand our client needs to increase the size of their development team. This growth is funded by some major project work that they have successfully won.
 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to be able to demonstrate your ability to work in a high performance team. Additionally you will interface well with the client and will be focused on delivering a well thought out and constructed solution to predefined deadlines.
