Availability the key!! Do you have JEE Enterprise Development , Websphere and systems integration skills ? 
If so , I'd like to hear from you. 
 
I am looking for several top developers for a 3-6 months project, with possible extension.
 
This working with a key client on a critical project, where experience, and attitude will be critical factors.
You must be able to demonstrate these requirements clearly in your cv, with emphasise being given to developing a project case study to support your cv.
